What happens at your first appointment?
Julian will take a full case history, in-depth discussion about your presenting complaint(s), questions on general health, lifestyle, and past medical history .
An examination will then be carried out, in which Julian will look at your posture and ask you to perform a series of movements and tests, so that the mobility of your body can be evaluated.
At this point Julian will give you an indication of how many treatments you are likely to need and how long it will take to improve your condition.
Julian will begin treatment on this appointment, there are no additional fees.
You are never required to undress.

A little bit more about what I do, I treat the whole family from the babies to the elderly and these are just a few of the conditions I treat:-

Good morning I hope you are all well. I thought I should tell you a little about my career to date.
I graduated from the European school of Osteopathy in 2000 after a 4 year full time degree.
I began my career at the 'Harvey Clinic' in Folkestone but quickly opened my own multi disciplinary clinic 'The Sandgate Clinic' in Sandgate where we lived and worked for 10 years.
We then moved to hothfield for 3 years continuing the Clinic there, enjoying the nature reserve Hothfield common.
We then decided it was time for an adventure in the mountains of Bulgaria where we treated expats and the lovely Bulgarian people.
After 5 years we returned to the UK to be Nana and Grandpa and re-established our clinic in a lovely log cabin in Challock for 3 years.
We are now settled living in Hythe and have a beautiful practice in the High Street.

Awesome review, thanks so much.

I have been to physios,chiropractors and osteopaths pretty much worldwide with my constant back problems, but since seeing Julian when he lived in Bulgaria my problems with my back are pretty much non existant.The education he gave me on taking care of myself at home is second to none.Frankly put to me personally,the best osteopath on the planet.I mean the best.
