“Yoga doesn’t make you strong” Ok but can you hold your bodyweight on your hands? 🖐️💪

Arm balances = strength, control, focus, trust in your body.
All while reminding you to breathe through the challenge.

It took me years to crack some of these poses, but let this be proof that with clear guidance and consistent practice, quite literally anything is possible. ✨
