What an absolutely fantastic afternoon we’ve had celebrating our 70s-themed Family Day! 🌼✌️

There was great company, delicious food and brilliant vibes all around, with plenty of smiles, laughter and a whole lot of 70s spirit! 🕺💃🎶

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along and made the day so special – our wonderful residents, families, friends and team. Days like today are all about coming together, making memories and simply enjoying each other’s company. 💚

West Cliff Hall would like to say a huge thank you to Liberty’s Owl, Raptor & Reptile Centre for coming in today and treating us to a wonderful demonstration featuring their beautiful birds. It was a fantastic afternoon!

Today we created some very pretty lanterns the technique we used was decoupage.
The word comes from the French découper, meaning “to cut out.” Although the technique has older roots, decoupage became particularly fashionable in Europe during the 17th and 18th centuries. Sometime’s it’s good to try something new. Tomorrows post will show the results, stay tuned!
