An Intuitive Art & Reiki Experience
A gentle Sunday afternoon of meditation, creative expression, energy healing, journaling and connection.

This is not an art class.
There are no techniques to learn and no artistic experience required.

Through guided meditation, you'll be invited to quiet the mind and connect with your inner world. As you paint intuitively,you'll receive individual Reiki energy healing and allow any colours, shapes or emotions to emerge naturally onto the canvas.

The idea for my next upgrade option started out as a bit of a joke!

I have so many clients say at the end of their treatments "oh I don't want to get up" or "can I just sleep here! And whilst I sadly can't run a bed and breakfast, it did get me thinking! .....

Infused with Epsom salts to ease tension and soothe tired muscles, creamy coconut milk to deeply hydrate and soften the skin, and a blend of essential oils to calm the mind and awaken the senses. This indulgent ritual helps boost circulation, relax the body, and prepare you for total bliss!

Available from May 2026 - all of my 90 minute and 2 hour treatments will now include this luxury upgrade, but if you’re booking a 1 hour treatment, you can also add this on for only £5! ✨

I've been thinking a lot recently about the little touches that go into making the perfect treatment ✨️.....

With my intention being to try and melt away your stress, reset your nervous system, ease muscle tension, and calm your mind- there's a lot that goes into each session before the massage even begins!

I want to create the most relaxing environment by making sure the room is warm and cosy, there's soft lighting and blankets, calming music, and lovely aromas with essential oils so that all your senses are nourished!

But is there more I could do!?......

I want every woman who walks through my door to leave feeling 100% more relaxed and cared for 🤗 taking this time for your self care is so important, and I want you to enjoy every minute of it!

Sooo...... I have 2 new exciting upgrades coming, which you will be able to add to any treatment and which will elevate each experience! 🙌 💚
