📢 Important Update: Changes to Swiftqueue Login from 1 July 2026

From 1 July 2026, the Swiftqueue login option will be removed. All patients, both new and existing, will access their accounts and book appointments using NHS Login via our website.

👤 New Patients Without an NHS Login

✅ A simplified registration process will be available, allowing you to register and book appointments online without uploading photo ID.

✅ The streamlined process makes it easier for first-time users to create an NHS Login account and secure an appointment.

✅ Once your appointment is booked, you can continue to cancel or reschedule appointments online through your Swiftqueue patient portal.

🔑 Existing Patients With an NHS Login

✅ No changes to your current booking process.

✅ Simply continue to sign in using the NHS Login button on the Swiftqueue website and book appointments as usual.

✅ You can still cancel or reschedule appointments online through your Swiftqueue patient portal.

Anyone can become unwell when the weather is hot, but some are at higher risk than others. Look out for older people, people with long-term health conditions and young children who may find it more difficult to stay cool and hydrated in hot weather.

We are so grateful for all the hard work our lovely nursing team do👩‍⚕️

✍️ Here’s a poem that one of our talented members of staff wrote…

It was me who checked your OBS
And administered your meds
I cleaned up your commode
Changed the sheets upon your bed

I noticed your temperature spike
And saw that you were in pain
So I had your dosage changed
To make you comfy again

I reapplied your dressing
Then helped you out the chair
I kept your family updated
And I even brushed your hair

I checked on you all through the night
Made sure that you were stable
I voiced all your concerns and doubts
When you just didn't feel able

But I often feel overlooked
When you mostly demand
Someone with more experience
Or from a higher band

From HCA to dental nurse
Practice nurse to sister
Senior nurse to theatre support
Far too many to list here

To do this job that I love
I worked hard for my name
Imagine how it feels to hear
"It's just the nurse again"

So the next time that we meet
Wherever that may be

🌸 New Service Launch – Menopause Group Consultations 🌸

Belper Primary Care Network is excited to launch Menopause Group Consultations for women aged 40 and over as part of our Enhanced Access services.

Menopause Group Consultations are delivered by a clinician and a facilitator in a small group setting, providing more time for discussion, education, lifestyle advice, and discussion of treatment options.

During the session, you’ll have the opportunity to:

✅ Understand common menopausal symptoms and what to expect
✅ Gain information on peri‑menopause and menopause
✅ Explore Holistic approaches
✅ Discuss medical treaments including Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
