We’re looking for an experienced Service Co-ordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding care.

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Service Co-ordinator role
✅ Full UK driving licence
✅ Access to your own vehicle
✅ Excellent organisational and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage rotas, coordinate care packages and support both staff and service users

💙A Very Warm Welcome to KL!💙

We are delighted to welcome KL to the Peak Home Assist Supported Living family in Burton-on-Trent! 💙

KL is our fourth resident to move into our supported living service, and we are so pleased to have her with us. We hope she feels happy, safe, and at home as she begins this exciting new chapter.

To help settle her in, we’ve prepared a special welcome pack filled with some essentials and thoughtful treats to make her first few days that little bit more comfortable. 🏡🎁
