A little reflection from me today… ✨

After years of hard work, sacrifice, risk-taking and investing in education, I’m feeling incredibly grateful and accomplished.

The vision for Jacqui Mac MediSpa was always to build a clinic with a talented, supportive team where everyone brings their own expertise and patients receive exceptional care. Today, that vision is becoming a reality.

Whilst I’m enjoying a slightly quieter Friday, Nurse Melissa is in clinic running our Weight Loss Service and cosmetic injectable clinics, whilst Nurse Nicola is delivering treatments from our extensive treatment portfolio.

What makes me most proud isn’t the business growth—it’s seeing a happy team. Creating a warm, supportive environment where staff feel valued, respected and listened to has always been a priority. When a team is happy, it naturally feeds into the patient experience, and that’s exactly the culture we’ve worked hard to create.

For the first time in a long time, things feel calm. I’m finding a little more balance, and taking a moment to appreciate how far we’ve come.

Many of the goals I set when planning our beautiful Ilkley clinic have now been achieved…

So now it’s time to set some new ones. 🚀
