⭐🌿 New service from Jacqui coming soon 🌿⭐

You’ll all know our wonderful Jacqui as our sports injury and strength training specialist, and she’s now adding another string to her bow!

She’s recently started a women’s hormone course and will be looking to bring a new service into clinic to support women through hormonal fluctuations at all ages. She’s aiming to begin offering this service early next year, so keep your eyes peeled for more information in the coming months. We’re so excited for the possibilities this could bring to clinic! 🙌

Sophia is a fully qualified and experienced Pilates instructor who teaches group classes across multiple studios in the area, but she will be offering private mat sessions exclusively at our Ilkley clinic! 🧘‍♀️

1-2-1 or semi-private sessions are available so you have the option of sharing a class with a friend or attending on your own. These private classes are great for both beginners and those with experience, as each session will be tailored to you and your needs. Pilates is ideal for those wanting to improve their mobility, posture, core strength and overall wellbeing.

Sophia also has a pre- and post-natal qualification and is more than happy for parents to bring their babies along to class with them 🤱💗

Felicity usually recommends that new parents book in for a postnatal check up 4–6 weeks after birth to ensure that parents and babies are well supported during those early stages of parenthood.
