🌞 SCHOOL HOLIDAY & SUMMER AVAILABILITY UPDATE 🌞

With the school holidays fast approaching, I wanted to share my summer availability and holiday dates so everyone can get organised ☀️

📚 Schools finish: Friday 4th July
📚 Schools return: Wednesday 19th August

I will NOT be working:
❌ Week beginning 13th July
❌ Wednesday 29th July
❌ Week beginning 3rd August
❌ Monday 10th August
❌ Wednesday 19th August - as my littlest is starting school! 🥹

My amazing clients have already been super organised and appointments are booking quickly! 💛

My diary is now fully open right through to the end of August, so please take a look online and get your appointments booked in.

Please note that my diary is not yet open for September onwards, as I’m hoping to know more by then about our house renovations and a potential move home 🏡

If you can’t see an appointment that suits, please do get in touch, I’ll always try my best to help where I can. However, during the summer holidays my flexibility to open extra availability will be much more limited.

But… you won’t know unless you ask 😊

In a room that’s usually alive with children’s voices, movement, light, and laughter, yesterday it became a place of quiet sanctuary.

With the blinds drawn and soft acoustic music playing, this familiar classroom transformed into a haven of calm. It was a real privilege to support the amazing, hard-working staff at Insch School during their in-service day, offering them a well-deserved moment of rest and reset.

For 20 peaceful minutes at a time, each person settled onto the couch for focused neck and shoulder work, an area where so many of us carry and hold stress. Muscles softened, knots eased away, breathing slowed, and bodies unwound.

It was incredible to see just how much difference can be made in such a short session. Everyone left feeling lighter, looser, and a little more restored.

Wellbeing matters! And it was an honour to bring a touch of calm into their day.
