A massive thank you to the Solas Wils Saunas team for coming along and setting up their equipment to support our players with recovery and body management.

The combination of the sauna and cold plunge gave the players the opportunity to experience both sides of the recovery process, with some great feedback from the guys.

⚽️ Player Recovery with Solas Wild Sauna 🔥

Our Portasauna was recently hired by Knightswood Football Club to support player wellbeing, recovery and conditioning.

Combining the restorative heat of the sauna with cold-water recovery gave the players the perfect opportunity to recharge, recover and reset together.

A huge thank you to Benburb Football Club for making us feel so welcome and providing a fantastic setting for the session.
