As we arrive at Imbolc, the turning point where the returning light first becomes visible, we gather for a morning of gentle renewal, quiet awakening and soulful care. This is a time to tend the inner flame, to clear space for what is beginning to stir, and to welcome the season ahead with softness rather than force.

Join us for restorative yin to nourish the body and soothe the nervous system, followed by a 45-minute immersive soundbath - weaving shamanic drum, Tibetan full-moon bowls, quartz crystal bowls and the warming, heart-opening resonance of the Venus Gong, all with our beloved collaborator Christie Wood.
