🎉 Happy Retirement to Annette! 🎉

After around 5 wonderful years with us, it’s time to say a very fond farewell to our lovely colleague Annette as she begins her retirement. 💐

These past five years have been filled with so many happy memories and she has certainly brought plenty of joy to our team along the way! ❤️

We’re going to really miss having her around and the workplace just won’t be quite the same without her infectious personality and laughter🙌🏻

📢 Important Notice – Friday 28th August

Please be advised that our main section of the pharmacy car park will be closed on Friday 28th August due to essential works.

🚗 A limited number of parking spaces will remain available, but these will be restricted.

👋 A member of our team will be outside to help direct you and answer any questions.

Please be understanding and patient with us while these works are taking place. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and really appreciate your cooperation.

Private winter vaccination bookings are now open at Lochardil Pharmacy.

• Flu vaccination - £25
• COVID-19 vaccination - £84
• Both at the same appointment - £99

Booking is advisable, walk-in may be offered subject to clinician and stock availability but not guaranteed.

After booking, you will receive an email containing a consent form. This must be completed before attending your appointment.

We can also arrange dedicated pharmacy clinics, workplace visits or vaccination vouchers for employers and groups. You can submit an enquiry through the webpage.

These are private, chargeable appointments. We expect to support the local NHS winter vaccination programme and will provide an update once arrangements are confirmed by NHS Highland.

Nothing else is changing - you’re still very welcome to drop in whenever suits you, just as you always have. Booking is simply another option if you’d rather have a time set aside.

Our pharmacists can assess and advise on a wide range of common health concerns, with appointments available most days in our private consultation rooms.

A Little Bit of Disruption, A Lot to Look Forward To! 🚗🔨

We wanted to give our customers a quick update as we have a few improvements happening at the pharmacy!

Roof work is currently underway, so you may notice some additional noise around the pharmacy. We’re sorry for any disturbance this may cause and really appreciate your patience while the work is completed.

🚗 In time, new car parking spaces are also coming!

Work is due to begin during the week commencing 17 August 2026. To allow this work to take place safely, we’ll need to temporarily close off part of the car park, so parking may be more limited than usual and there may be some disruption.

The good news? Once everything is finished, we’ll soon have more parking spaces available for our customers!🎉

🎉 Congratulations to Our Foundation Year Pharmacists! 🎉

A huge congratulations to Freya and Stella on successfully completing their foundation training year! 👏

It has been a pleasure watching you both develop in confidence, knowledge, and professionalism over the past year. Your dedication, hard work, and commitment to delivering outstanding patient care has been evident throughout, and we couldn't be prouder of everything you've achieved.

Freya joined Lochardil in July last year and has been a fantastic role model within the team ever since. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to support others has made her a real pleasure to work alongside. We have learned so much from Freya in this past year, she is truly amazing!

Stella joined Lochardil earlier this year to complete the final stage of her modular foundation year - having spent time in Raigmore and Inverness GP practices. She quickly became a very valued member of the team, and her enthusiasm, determination, and strong work ethic has been appreciated by everyone. We are so proud of you!

We hope this time with us has given you both the skills, experience, and confidence to take the next step in your pharmacy careers. We can’t wait to see you both further progress AND ARE DELIGHTED THAT BOTH HAVE TAKEN ON POSTS IN OUR GROWING TEAM!!🌟💊

GREAT NEWS for our 24/7 robot collection users!

Our machine is back up and running🎉🎉

Please have patience with us as we navigate this with our new software system 🖥️We will be sure to try our best🤩

If you have had a prescription with us over the past few weeks and have not been able to come into the pharmacy to collect. Be sure to phone us and we can arrange for this to go into the robot at your best convenience.
