Still patiently waiting for my new arrival, I calculated wrong thinking my third would be early 🙈💙 I look forward to seeing you all next year, I will be back in some capacity as I completely love my job and really can not imagine doing anything else! I am delighted to be working with Care to Connect at An Drochaid in Fort William. This is a space for all unpaid carers to come and get help in a multitude of areas from Wellbeing Walks to Dementia friends groups, training sessions, talks, massage treatments and meditation sessions. Sign up and get help in many areas as much or as little as you like! Help us to help you ❣️
Here is the March timetable, join me for a Massage or Reiki treatment or the Meditation Session, come to one of the other classes or just simply pop in for a coffee and a chat and/or a quiet space to sit.
