Firstly, thank you all so much for keeping me so busy – I really appreciate your support.

As this is my busiest time of year, I'd really appreciate at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a booking. Last-minute cancellations have a big impact on my business and also affect my other commitments and family time.

I'd much rather not introduce a late cancellation fee, so I'm hoping we can avoid that by giving as much notice as possible.
