I'm a qualified Yoga Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga with 15 years teaching experience. The level and style taught is accessible for all abilities and relevant

to those with busy or competitive lives. The aim is to gradually build strength, flexibility and to relax. I teach Yoga to youngsters through Aberdeenshire's Active Schools in the Inverurie & Meldrum schools network and to Colony Park U16 Girls FC. And I'm a Tutor on Yoga’s Scotland Foundation Course for those seeking to deepen their practice and understanding of Yoga philosophy, and to aspiring Yoga teachers taking their first step towards a teaching qualification. You can book direct for classes on my website, but it's always great to hear from you to find out what you're after. Or simply get in touch to discuss if Yoga might be for you, a youngster in your family or if you're interested in the Yoga Foundation Course. Delighted to announce I’ll be teaching the Yoga bit at a special Yoga & Soundbath event in Insch, Aberdeenshire at the fantastic Bennachie Leisure Centre on Fri evening 31 July 7 pm start.

Please bring a blanket and yoga mat 🌟
Get settled for some gorgeous feeling yoga followed by a deeply relaxing soundbath. No experience needed ✨

Congratulations to my sister Laura on receiving an honourary degree from the University of Aberdeen for acting, especially for her role as Shelagh Turner in the much loved drama Call the Midwife, work to save Aberdeen Arts Centre and patron of the Archie Foundation children’s charity.

Many thanks to the University for your thoughtful and excellent hospitality with special thanks to Professor Scott Styles, School of Law for a great speech which meant a lot to our family.

Our wonderful late father Robert would have really enjoyed the day and he was there in our hearts. It was a very special day for our dear Mum Lorna. She was on top form, listening to every word of the ceremony. My eldest son James was busy at his new electrical apprenticeship job, but my sister Julia, niece Ashleigh and younger son Ross were there to share and enjoy the occasion.

Absolutely delighted for the family to be joined by Karen Berry, Laura’s dancing teacher, mentor and friend marking a very special milestone in their long relationship as student and teacher.
