Here at Elizabeth's Serenity I assist clients to unleash those trauma blocks and bring them back to their authentic selves. I assist clients with a range of issues including confidence/low self esteem, anxiety/panic attacks, phobias, weight loss, smoking, eating disorders, PTSD and many more. I provide a free 15 minute phone consultation, if you would like sessions I require a £10 deposit. I have

worked as a nurse for 30+ years in general and mental health settings. Qualifications and experience includes, diploma in Hypnotherapy and counselling Skills, registered general nurse, diploma in advanced cognitive behavioural therapy and diploma in neuro linguistic therapy.
