"What if I don't know anyone?"
It's probably the question I get asked most about my retreats.
Can I share a little secret?
Every retreat I've ever attended, I've gone on my own.
I still remember arriving at my first retreat wondering whether I'd fit in.
Since then, I've shared rooms with people I'd never met before and driven for hours on my own to retreats where everyone else was a stranger. Every time, I've felt those little nerves before arriving.
And every single time, I've left feeling incredibly grateful that I said yes.
Those weekends have reminded me that some of the most meaningful experiences happen when we're willing to step just outside our comfort zone.
I've also realised there's something quite special about going on your own. Without the comfort of someone you already know, you're free to simply be yourself. You become more open to new conversations, unexpected friendships and, perhaps most importantly, a deeper connection with yourself.
They've also shaped the way I create my own retreats.
I know how vulnerable it can feel to book something on your own, especially when life is already busy and it's so easy to put yourself last.
That's why creating a warm, welcoming space where everyone feels included is so important to me.
If coming on your own is the only thing holding you back from joining us in November, I just want you to know you'll be far from the only person arriving on your own.
Our weekend is about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself and spending time with a lovely group of people in a relaxed, supportive environment.
People often arrive as strangers and leave with genuine connections... and a little more connected to themselves.
✨ The early bird offer finishes this Sunday, 12 July.
