Dementia Action Week (18–24 May) provides an opportunity to raise awareness, challenge stigma and highlight the support available to people affected by dementia. Local support is available from the moment someone first begins to notice changes in their memory.

Today is World Ovarian Cancer Day. The symptoms of ovarian cancer can be vague, and can be linked to other less serious conditions.

See your doctor if you have changes that are unusual for you or won't go away. In most cases, it won’t be cancer, but if it is, getting diagnosed early can make all the difference 💜
