There’s some evidence* suggesting a link between long periods of screen use and increased risk of myopia.
Set a good example to children and be by following the BestStartInLife.gov.uk age-based recommendations for screen time, and, taking regular screen breaks.
The 20-20-20 rule is a really helpful guide for screen use - look away from your screen every 20 minutes and focus on an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
