Singing Bowl workshop

Do you have a singing bowl but not sure what to do with it ?

Or you want to buy one and you're overwhelmed with the choices

This workshop will take you through an introduction to both Himalayan and crystal singing bowls. How to choose one and techniques for playing them.

We'll look at the difference between metal and Crystal bowls, And why you choose one over the other.

We'll cover what you can use them for, what to look for when buying and how to care for your bowl.

You will have a chance to play the bowls, and practice using them in different ways.

There will be bowls to use during the workshop but please feel free to bring your own and get some tips on using it.

Our next Paganism for Beginners evening is next Thursday 30th July. We will be hearing about the traditions of Lammas and as we'll also be under the full moon we will be doing some Moon Magic 🪄💫 These evenings have been fun and interesting so come and join us! Who's coming drumming with me on Monday evening? 😍. It's quite surprising how therapeutic drumming is. The vibration of the drum really clears out all the stress of the week. I always feel so much better and calmer afterwards 😍. You will need to book your space with Rosie Labyrinth of Nurture Monday 6th July 7pm.
