What is a soundbath???
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you lie down and let waves of sound wash over you.
The “bath” part comes from how sound surrounds you, like you’re being gently soaked in vibration.
For centuries, people across many cultures – including Tibetan and Buddhist traditions – have used sound to ease pain, calm the mind, and support healing.

It will:
