Have you tried our sled yet? The Sled is a fantastic piece of kit to add to your programme. Here are some of the reasons why...
1. Total body strength and conditioning- whilst you push you are working your quads, glutes, calves, and core. Pulling engages the hamstrings, back and biceps.
2. Rapid recovery- as it is mostly a concentric movement it causes less muscle damage than typical lifts, allowing for more frequent training.
3. Functional training- it trains our body to handle heavy and awkward loads and mimicks daily life activities like pushing a trolley/wheelbarrow/pushchair etc
4. Suitable for all- this is suitable for all fitness levels by simply adding or removing weight, changing the distance or time used.
