Good morning! I've got a question for you. I'm curious to know, what are your thoughts when I say, "I am a Freakin' Goddess"?

Do you think I'm cocky? Do you think I'm arrogant? Do you think I'm confident?

Somebody said to me a couple of weeks ago, "Oh my God, you're so confident, the way you stand up and say, 'I am a Freakin' Goddess.'"

Well, actually, and you may have seen me wearing my Freakin' Goddess T-shirt, I had the T-shirts made to remind myself that I am a Freakin' Goddess, because most of the time I forget!

And I want to remind myself, and to remind every woman out there, that you are a Freakin' Goddess.

And also men, you are Freakin' Adonises. You might just... everyone might just need a bit of help to invoke your Freakin' Goddess or your Freakin' Adonis.

And that's something that I help people do through Happiness Club.

What have you been up to this week?

Amongst other things, I’ve been sending frequencies to Happiness Club members to support their wellbeing, success and abundance, survived the eclipse, gone to support Dunne at his debut stand-up performance, met the incredibly talented Louie Green, and today delivered a quarterly founders energy session.

I’m now recombobulating in the garden. 😂

Off to Felixstowe for dinner at and a swim with MSP (Andrew Piotrowski) shortly… although Tim Buttle is coming with us for some reason. I’m sure MSP will make it up to me! 👀
