We’re running super low on a few essentials and would be so grateful for any donations.

🩷Baby girl comforters
🤍 Bibs
🤍 Muslin cloths
🤍 Mittens

If you have any of these in good, clean condition that your little one has outgrown, we’d love to give them a second life supporting local families.

Lughnasadh or Lammas Yoga, Sound and Craft Circle this morning was magical.

We moved, breathed, paused, drifting in and out of liminal spaces, journeyed through nidra and sound, broke bread (incredible bread) together and took home corn dolls made with intention to help us stay present and bring in.

Thank you to everyone who made it so special.

We rested and reflected, gathered a gratitude harvest and contemplated what we could give back, gave thanks for all of those who helped us in our journeys and for our beautiful earth, animals and elements.
Connecting to nature, remembering we are nature, practicing patience and most of all love.

Always love.

My heart is full.

A magical eye portal in the woods today and then a dragon fly came to say hi. In the second slide watch till the end to see them fly up and they even let me take a little picture. Feeling gratitude for the chance to witness such beauty and magic. Finding moments of joy and gratitude throughout the day xx

Let’s celebrate life’s seasons together.

It is important for us to gather to mark & celebrate our life seasons & transitions. Each season holds powerful lessons and achievements that need to be acknowledged. The act of bringing together your village to be seen, heard, held and celebrated acknowledges your journey so far, your story.

Whether that is at, for example, menarche (start of menstrual cycle) mother blessings (pregnancy) birth (of babies, creative, business) postpartum. menopause transitions or birthdays it is a powerful message letting us know that we, our journeys & our place in this world is valued.
