One of the comments we hear most often from clients is how peaceful they find the surroundings at The Old Rectory Clinic.

The gardens are constantly evolving through the seasons, providing a calm and restorative backdrop for those visiting the clinic.

We thought we'd share a little glimpse of what is looking lovely this week.

🌿 A little note during this week's sunshine...

The Old Rectory Clinic is open as usual, and all appointments are going ahead as planned.

The old stone walls of the Rectory do a wonderful job of keeping the building as cool as possible and we have fresh drinking water available for clients throughout the day.

If you're visiting us this week, do wear whatever feels most comfortable in the heat and feel free to bring a cold drink for your journey.

We hope you're managing to enjoy a little of the sunshine while staying cool and comfortable.

With best wishes, The Old Rectory Clinic Team

• Anxiety and stress
• Relationship difficulties
• Bereavement and loss
• Low mood
• Building confidence
• Personal growth

Looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health.
