There’s something about this week between Christmas and New Year that makes us reflect on the year almost done, and to look at what we want from the year ahead.
I’m going to be really honest…. if you want something different from 2022 than 2021, you need to ‘do’ something different….
For example, if you want to leave behind:
- Anxiety
- Stress
- Trauma
Or change
- Your confidence
- Your self-belief
- Your outlook on life
You need to take steps to make it happen.
You’ve probably already tried a few ways to make that change - self-help books, podcasts, meditation and relaxation techniques maybe.
But…if they haven’t helped, I want to reassure you that it doesn’t mean your anxiety can’t be treated.
Anxiety can be complex and sometimes reading books, or listening to advice doesn’t quite get you to where you want to be and that’s where personalised one to one help (which is impossible to get from a book or podcast) comes in.
