“As this year comes to a close, we have taken the time to reflect on the last twelve months.
Like many companies servicing both the medical and travel sectors, 2022 was an important year for the CLCA group in terms of recovery and progression following the COVID-19 pandemic.
Again, like many, we have had to adapt to new working practices and a shortage of experienced personnel. However, despite these challenges, our businesses have grown significantly across the board. We have secured new clients, recruited and trained new team members and rolled out new processes. We have cause to be extremely positive as we look ahead to 2023.
I am very proud of the hard work our team have put in this year to rebound so strongly and am also extremely thankful for all of our clients and partners, existing and new, for their help and support.
