Kim’s latest review, and has lost an incredible 9.55kg (1½ stone) in total. She has remained fully committed to her weight loss programme from the start, checking in with me regularly for support, guidance, and motivation to help keep her focused. Her results truly speak for themselves, with steady and consistent progress throughout her journey, all moving in the right direction.

Her latest results include:

-5.1% reduction in body fat
+4.9% increase in lean muscle
-2.5 units lost of unhealthy visceral fat
+2.3% improvement in hydration levels
-46.5cm across body measurements

Kim is also maintaining healthy bone mass & says she feels so much healthier, with her joint pain now gone thanks to the weight she has lost.

WOW… the photos really speak for themselves.
Katie has been in maintenance for a few years, but recently started adding just 5 minutes of exercise a day… & look at the difference.

Her waistline and tummy have reduced, muscle mass has increased, & both body fat & visceral fat have dropped. Most importantly, she’s feeling so much healthier.

Incredible results from this lovely young lady, who has lost nearly a stone and dropped two dress sizes… the jeans say it all!

It’s always amazing to see transformations like this, but it’s also a great reminder that it’s not just about weight loss. It’s about how we feel within ourselves… building confidence, improving our mindset, & feeling happier overall. A huge well done 👏.
