Some people are still unsure what to expect from a Reiki treatment.
It's time for yourself to unwind, relax and let all your worries drift away. It's a time to let your body gain back some positive energy flow.
Remember everyone has a different experience from Reiki. It's for you and what your body requires from Reiki.
Reiki will only go where it is needed.

It's a new week.
And I have welcomed a new client today for an Indian head massage.

Relaxation and easing tense muscles. Promoting sleep and better energy flow through the body.

Hopefully they enjoyed the time at the treatment room.
I think it went well as already booked for another treatment before they left 💜

I try and offer reasonable prices so people can enjoy and appreciate looking after themselves for a wellbeing approach to life.

Quick reminder of how Reiki work's.

Energy flow - a practitioner acts as a conduit directing energy to the recipient. This can help reduce stress, ease pain and help the body's natural healing process.
In turn this can help to reset and restore and aid relaxation.
