Here’s a little look at what we’ve been getting up to over the past couple of weeks! 🌸
We’ve enjoyed spending time in the garden, relaxing with books and reminiscing over happy memories. 📚🌿 We’ve also been getting creative making beautiful butterflies and colourful sun catchers. 🦋☀️

There’s been plenty of time for some lovely pampering too, including hand massages and nail care. 💅💆‍♀️

We’ve also been busy baking, decorating and, of course, enjoying a delicious Victoria sponge! 🎂🍰 There’s nothing better than enjoying the treats we’ve made together.

It’s been a wonderful couple of weeks filled with creativity, relaxation, laughter, delicious treats and lots of lovely moments together. ❤️

🎙️🎼 Steeton Male Choir - Libertas 🎼🎙️

A big thank you to Libertas, from Steeton Male Choir for singing for us yesterday. The residents really enjoyed it, singing along at times and it brought smiles to everyone's faces.

It was extra special for one of our residents who used to be a member of the group 💜

We had a lovely afternoon of singing and dancing with Campo Marsden today.

A sweet day spent baking chocolate chip cookies with our residents. From mixing the dough, smelling the ingredients, the home filled with laughter and wonderful memories. Nothing brings people together quite like a homemade treat. 🍪😋

We are making the most of this wonderful summer weather 🌞
We have had a couple of trips out locally in the past few weeks, to Sutton Park and to the canal at Kildwick.
We have also been making the most of the garden, sitting on the patio, and up at the summer house, admiring the views of the garden and beyond 🏞️🌞

Flower arranging 💐
We spent some time today exploring how the flowers smell, look and feel, we especially enjoyed the lavender!
We then arranged them into vases, making some beautiful bunches 🌸🌼

🚗 Temporary Car Park Closure 🚗
Pleased be advised that our car park will be closed from 6:00pm Saturday, 18th July to allow for our conservatory renovation works to take place.

The temporary closure is necessary for the safety of all our visitors and staff while contractors are working on site.

The car park will reopen on Monday, 27th July.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.

We spent our morning having a dance to some wonderful music.. and then in the afternoon, we made the most of the sunshine and sat on the patio, admiring our lovely flower pots 💃💐
