Monday Morning Magical Women is deeply rooted in folk magic, with inspiration from each session taken from my historical study at university. Practical magic from protection to prosperity, but more importantly for mind and soul. Our practices are gentle, healing and always for our own greater good. If you’re feeling like you need to slow down a bit, we’ve got two lovely relaxation evenings coming up in July.

✨ Thursday 2nd July 6-8.15pm - The Unwind Experience with Suzanne and SJ - An evening of gentle movement, relaxation and meditation to help you switch off from the outside world for a couple of hours and give your nervous system a chance to settle.

✨ Friday 24th July 6.30-8.15pm - Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra with Emma and SJ - A slow paced evening combining yin yoga and Yoga Nidra. Expect plenty of props, plenty of comfort and absolutely no pressure to achieve anything. Just time to rest.

Both evenings are suitable for beginners and both are designed to leave you feeling calmer, lighter and more rested than when you arrived.

Sometimes we spend so much time looking after everybody else that we forget to pause ourselves . Both are available to book in the comments

Slow down, switch off and reconnect with nature at our Forest Bathing Session in Park Wood, facilitated by Annie Berrington from Get Out More CIC. Enjoy a gentle guided experience designed to help you relax, unwind and notice the sights, sounds and atmosphere of the woodland around you. No swimming costume required!
