Luke has a wealth of experience competing as an athlete so understands the stresses put on the body with a vast training load. Reaching out to Sports Massage to help keep Luke injury free with an increased training load and intensity made him interested and keen to learn, to help other athletes in the future! In Luke's spare time you'll find him running up mountains, riding his bike, walking his dogs and generally enjoying the outdoors.
