Health and Social Care Moray is gathering insights into the experiences of young carers across Moray

To ensure young carers feel recognised, supported and valued they have developed the Moray Young Carers Survey. The survery explores the support young carers currently receive, what they find helpful and what could make their day to day lives easier.

Young people aged 18 and under who help care for someone at home, like a parent, sibling, grandparent, or another family member, give so much. It’s important they have the right support.

🌟 The Moray Young Carers Survey is now live. 🌟

We’re asking young carers:
❓ Does your school or college know you’re a young carer?
❓ What helps you manage your education?
❓ Have you had support from Quarriers Carer Support Services (Moray)?
❓ Has a Young Carers Statement made a difference to you?
❓ What needs to change?

Young carers can help shape better support for other youngsters in Moray. There are no right or wrong answers, and you can support them to share their views.

✅ Age 12–18? They have their own survey too.

PART-TIME ADMINISTRATOR/RECEPTIONIST AT RINNES MEDICAL GROUP

Hours of work: 24 worked over 3 days (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday)

Closing date extended to: Friday, 3rd October 2025

Would you like to join an enthusiastic and friendly team in a busy GP Practice?

We are looking for a well-motivated team player to join our busy administrative team. The successful candidate will be flexible, adaptable and have good communication and interpersonal skills with strictest confidentiality maintained at all times. A good knowledge of information technology is required with excellent keyboard skills.

Experience of working in a medical environment and knowledge of medical terminology would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given. Salary is dependent on experience.

The post holder will be required to cover early and late shifts (ie. 08:00-16:00 and 10:00-18:00 and provide holiday/sickness cover.
