Ah, yes, I see this often in people who use heat pads or hot water bottles! Be aware how long you apply said heat to your skin. You might not be able to see your back but skin damage can happen when too much heat is applied directly for too long!

Google Maps!

Google Maps does NOT take you to my new premises!!! It takes you to the housing estate behind the Industrial Estate.... you'll need to climb a fence.... if you can do that then you don't need an osteopath!! 🤣

Seriously, don't use Google maps at the moment.

Phew! That's a wrap as they say.

That's the final chapter finished at 11 Bridge Street. Can't say I'll miss the outdoor toilet 😆

We start a new chapter at Unit 4 Rosewood Industrial Estate, Shedden Park Rd on Monday! Yay!
Still got a helluva work to do before then, including moving all my stuff over, finish doors and some skirting..... and a whole load of cleaning, oh and celebrate a massive 90th birthday too!
So have a good weekend and see you lot on the other side!

Floors are done, internal doors fettled and are now being fitted.
Heating and electrics completed.
Plumbing still ongoing.... and then the big move at the weekend!
It's been a crazy 8 weeks. I hope you all love it as much as I do!
