Just realistic coaching & membership options that fits around real life. I’m Robyn - your online coach, creator and founder of Thrive, and someone who’s lived through the chaos of diet culture, body image struggles, burnout, and finding myself again.. delightfully all before I have been 30. I'm a qualifed Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist and have been in the industry for 12 years now. I ha

ve a PG Diploma in Social Sciences, my BSc In Sport, Fitness & Coaching, L3 L4 (pending) Education & Training and recently completed my Women's Health & Menopause Coaching Training. For years, I chased “perfection” having a smaller body, strict restrictive meal plans, more discipline but it only left me feeling more lost, hated myself more and more. What truly changed everything? Learning how to rebuild my health, mindset, and routine from the inside out by starting this journey here being online and starting the online community. This was the first time I began working on my self and have recovered from an ED through this work that I do to help you :)

Now, I help you do the same. Through my Thrive app, 8-week coaching blocks 3-4 x per year, workplace talks

I teach people how to unlearn toxic diet rules, exercise without punishment, and finally feel in control of their bodies, food, and routines in a way that actually lasts. So you can finally stop this horrendous cycle of on and off dieting. My work is about more than just fat loss. Whether you’re here for short, effective home workouts, support through menopause, improving your relationship with food, or weight management, welcome. You belong here & I'm ALWAYS a message away so please reach out :)

Let’s Thrive, together 💛

Don't quite have the words to describe the scenes at Calvin Harris on Sunday & I feel like I sound like I've just got old.. but I'm sorry... what on earth was that?

I've been going to dance events, gigs and festivals all over the UK for years and I absolutely LOVE going to event but on Sunday I honestly left feeling quite sad but it was just everything about it was just.. sad.

1. Vapes everywhere. I genuinely don't think there was a moment I looked around without seeing someone with a v**e in their hand, it just was.. normal? why is every young person va**ng CONSTANTLY.. 10 years time, there is going to be horrific evidence about what happens to people health around these and it's sad that people are so young.

2. Phones everywhere.... And I don't mean people taking a quick video of their fav song I mean filming almost everything.

Like when some of the biggest drops happened for some of the best songs, you'd look around expecting to see people completely jumping around, hands up etc but all that was there were hundreds of phones in the air, people filming themselves, checking Snapchat, checking how they looked on camera and watching the concert through a screen.. the whole time.

It genuinely felt like being able to post that you were there had become just as important as actually being there but it was so bizzare.. like why are people not present?

I've never seen so many fights at one event and sheer minging behaviour but what was horrid was watching what looked like young teenage boys pile into someone who was already on the ground instead of trying to stop it..

& then there was the pressure on young girls. So many looked incredible, with full makeup, lashes, nails, tiny outfits... and all I could think was... imagine being 15 or 16 and feeling like this is the standard you have to meet just to go to a concert, if you didn't have an outfit like that, a small body to wear the tiniest of shorts, the financial pressure to parents so that they don't feel left out.

Obviously, this isn't critising the girls themselves because I actually genuinely feel for them. But like where is it coming from? Is it social media? Is it friends? Is it influencers? Is it all of it?

Part of me was like, is this what life's like turning 31 now and i'm officially ancient.. but I don't think so.

*& yes, the irony of me using my phone to take that photo but you get the point.

On Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th August, I'll be at the Carers Wellbeing Festival at Dunnikier Country Park delivering some Fitness & Nutrition sessions and I wanted to share it because I genuinely think it's a brilliant event. Please help me get the word out there so we can make it a huge success.

It's completely FREE for unpaid carers and their families, and there's so much happening over the weekend.

There'll be yoga, Pilates, meditation, holistic therapies, creative activities, alpacas, family entertainment, fitness sessions, information stalls, a free BBQ... honestly, it's packed with things to do.

As someone who works with people every day, I know how often carers put themselves at the bottom of the list. They're usually the ones looking after everyone else, so it's lovely to see an event that's all about looking after them for a change.

If you're an unpaid carer, I'd love to see you there.

And if you're not, I'd really appreciate it if you could share this post. Chances are you know someone who quietly spends a huge amount of time caring for a partner, parent, child, family member or friend, and they might not have heard about this.

Sometimes the smallest share can help the right person find exactly what they need :)

📍 Dunnikier Country Park
📅 Saturday 8th August | 11am–3pm (the day i'm attending)
📅 Sunday 9th August | 12pm–4pm

🎟️ Free tickets can be booked at eventbrite!!

Hopefully I'll see some of you there! 💜

A wonderful story that I have to share & I need your support to shout about this community effort from the roof tops.

As promised, Oowenn Bonner Kingdom waste management and power washing said he’d pay the visit to Francis 😭

For those that missed it (was on my personal profile), in short Francis a lovely 75 year old women came to my door asking for some help with a service she’d received.

She’s a lovely wee women who, lives alone, who’d spent 6 months saving for top soil. When she reached out to a company for top toil, she later discovered this was contaminated.

She’d asked me for help as she’d been up worried sick as £200 for this service really was a lot of money to her and she didn’t know what to do. After I managed to make contact with the previous company, she was offered a refund and it was partially fixed.

However, by the power of Facebook, I received such kind offers from the community but one in particular was Owen and his team who stuck to their word today, not only showing up to Francis’ but took this one step further…

- They replaced and laid brand new top soil for Francis’

- BUT they completed the offer half of Francis’ garden, which she couldn’t afford to do nor should she be doing herself anyway.

& they even took new plants and even planted the plants for her.

I’d like to just highlight that they did this completely for FREE to help her out.

I’d absolutely love them to get the recognition they truly deserve for not only showing up to a promise but going way above and beyond and they’ve made this women’s life today ❤️😭

Here’s nice gorgeous pictures of today’s lovely work.

At best, you can share this & follow their page please..

Top effort and I’m so happy she’s got it just the way she wanted and MORE, I’m gonna go pop round for a cuppa haha 😭

Sam’s Story 🩷.. absolute QUEEN 🫅

Sam came to me after years of under-eating, chasing quick fixes and worrying that eating more would undo all of her hard work.

“Working with Robyn has genuinely been one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself.

One of the biggest things Robyn helped me overcome was my fear around food. I’d spent years under-eating, chasing quick fixes and worrying that eating more would undo all my hard work.

Through coaching, I learned how to fuel my body properly, understand my nutrition and trust myself around food.

I’m now eating more than I ever have before, while maintaining my weight loss, building strength and feeling better than ever.

After years of struggling, I finally feel calm, confident and in control around food and exercise.”

She then messaged me afterwards and said…

“I’m surprised myself by how quickly I changed, but I think it’s because I trusted you fully and how you made me feel throughout it all. I’ve never felt like anyone really understood my issue before.

I’ve also been passing everything I’ve learned on to my mum, and she’s now eating three meals a day for the first time in 30 years.” 🥹

This is why I do what I do.

Because real coaching isn’t about eating as little as possible or burning as many calories as you can

It’s about helping people build a healthier relationship with food, feel confident in themselves and create habits they can actually keep for life. 🩷
