There's nothing quite like a day out exploring somewhere new, and Avril had a fantastic time visiting Blackpool Zoo with her carer, Kane.

From seeing the amazing animals to enjoying the fresh air and spending quality time together, it was a day filled with smiles, laughter and special moments.

At Alcedo Care, we believe that great care is about so much more than supporting day-to-day needs. It's about helping people stay connected to the things they enjoy, encouraging independence and creating meaningful experiences that make every day that little bit brighter.

Arlo joined the office today and has already settled into his new role perfectly.

Job title: Chief Morale Officer
Key responsibilities:

🐶 Greeting everyone who walks through the door
🐶 Quality checking all snacks
🐶 Sleeping through important meetings
🐶 Generally being more popular than the rest of us

His performance review is looking very promising so far… although we may need to have a word about productivity. 😂
