We’re pleased to invite you to our Dementia Day on Wednesday, 16th September at Beetham Nurseries , held in partnership with Heron Hill Care Home 🌿

Whether you’re living with dementia, supporting a loved one, caring for someone, or simply looking for more information - you don’t need to have it all figured out to come along. 💚

We’ll have a variety of support groups and organisations available throughout the day, giving you the opportunity to sit down, have a chat and speak to someone who may be able to offer guidance, support or simply a listening ear.
