BACK TO SCHOOL and PICKY EATING

The summer holidays are almost over which means the season of school dinners is upon us.

For parents of picky eaters, school dinners represent an added challenge when thinking about preparing their child for the school day. LISTENING and ATTENTION 👂👀

September is almost here, and as children prepare to return to school, a key aspect of school readiness that is easily missed is listening and attention skills.

A child’s ability to learn is dependent on their ability to attend to others around them and listen to the information being shared. Many children need practise with their listening and attention skills to prepare them for classroom-based learning.
