Happy Confident Kids is an organisation specialising in enhancing the well-being of young people. With the increasing pressures the world presents, it is no wonder anxiety and other mental health issues are on the rise with young people. Happy Confident Kids is here to tackle this and equip our children with methods of coping. With remote and face to face, Covid-19 secure methods, our highly train

ed and qualified coaches provide bespoke one to one sessions tailored to you and your children’s individual needs. We offer one to one coaching and group sessions to meet school and community objectives, focused upon improving the mental health and well-being of children. Our fun, innovative and engaging methods compromise neuro-linguistics (NLP), play-based therapy and coaching, teaching children how to overcome their negative thoughts and behaviours. We help children to become confident, self-assured and to believe in themselves, by resolving their anxieties, worries, low self-esteem, while dealing with any anger issues.
