Funny - I was only talking about this today with a client! I love how the composition of milk changes as the baby feeds and as they grow

B'milk changes throughout a single feed to match your baby’s needs. The milk at the beginning (foremilk) is lighter and helps with hydration, while the milk toward the end (hindmilk) is richer in fat to keep baby full and support weight gain. Let baby finish one side before switching, and watch their cues rather than the clock. 💙

Not all tongue ties are obvious. Posterior ties, also known as submucosal ties, can be harder to see but just as impactful. Both structure and function must be considered for accurate diagnosis.
