I love my job! Teaching Barre and seeing people succeed , it is such a privilege to be part of their weekly fitness routines. The Tuesday class is now at full capacity but there’s availability on a Thursday, if you wanted to give Barre a whirl!
We started Barre 2 years ago and haven’t looked back. Get in touch if you think I can help!!

Lifestyle Medicines is a 12 week course , consisting of workshops and maybe 1-2-1 to help you find ways of improving your health . Let me know if you want more information. What a day today has been. I had the privilege of having an interview at the largest cardiac rehabilitation centre in the south east. What an incredible place it was. I have the privilege of going back on Tuesday to shadow the instructors with the possibility of working their one day a week. Rehabilitation is where I want to be, and this could be the first big step. Fingers crossed x
