Yesterday at Rokewood Court Care Home our residents enjoyed another delicious recipe from our Rokewood Cookbook. This time it was Mary and Tony's Lamb Tagine. The recipe was originally cooked by Tony so it was good that he was visiting Mary over lunchtime so he could try it too. The verdict was that it was excellent! Tony loved it and commented on how tender the lamb was. Our residents feel so proud seeing their dishes on the menu 💙
