🤠 A Rootin’ Tootin’ Heatherdale Summer Party! 🌵☀️
What an incredible day we had at our Annual Heatherdale Summer Party! With the sun shining brightly, residents, staff, friends and family came together to celebrate everything that makes Heatherdale such a wonderful and special home.
This year’s country and western theme brought the Wild West to Heatherdale. The home was transformed with fabulous decorations, haystacks and our very own saloon bar, while cowboy hats could be spotted in every direction!
Our residents and staff hilarious Wild West “Wanted” posters were displayed around the home too, revealing their playful crimes and generous rewards. They caused plenty of laughter and certainly helped us discover Heatherdale’s most mischievous outlaws! 🤠
We were treated to fantastic live music from the fabulous Clayton, who truly rocked the house in true western style. It wasn’t long before everyone was singing along, tapping their feet and taking to the dance floor. The atmosphere was filled with music, laughter and plenty of high spirits.
Our brilliant kitchen team prepared a delicious buffet for everyone to enjoy, while our candy floss station added an extra sweet treat to the celebrations. The saloon bar was flowing with drinks and refreshments for everyone, and there were plenty of games in the garden as residents and guests made the most of the beautiful sunshine.
The afternoon was brought to a heart-warming close with the Heatherdale Resident Awards. Each award celebrated the wonderful personalities of our residents and recognised the laughter, kindness, character and joy they bring to our home every single day. They are the heart of Heatherdale, and it was lovely to give them their moment to shine ♥
A truly unforgettable day filled with friendship, family, laughter and love. These are the moments that make Heatherdale so special and the memories we will treasure for a very long time. ❤️
