I thought I’d introduce myself with one of my newest treatments – Fire Cupping Therapy.

I’m delighted to introduce Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) to my treatment menu.

MLD is a gentle, rhythmic treatment designed to support your body’s natural lymphatic system. Unlike deep tissue massage, it uses light, precise movements to encourage the natural movement of lymphatic fluid and promote a deep sense of relaxation.

This treatment may be suitable if you experience:
