Absolutely delighted for client Nicola King winning the silver medal 🥈 at the European 70.3 Age Group Triathlon Championships in Spain 🇪🇸

This is a fantastic result considering Nicola hadn’t been running since early June. Weekly massages from myself and Shockwave treatment from Paul Hobrough gave Nic the best opportunity to perform on the day 🙌

Tonight for many is the start of The Lakeland 100 and tomorrow morning The Lakeland 50 starts. This is miles NOT kilometres 😰 across the toughest parts of the Lake District National Park ⛰️
It’s been a pleasure being a small part of your journey 🙌

Clients Anastasiia Kaminska and James Richardson
stepped well and truly out of their comfort zones on Saturday whilst travelling to visit Anastasiia’s family in Ukrainian 🇺🇦
They competed in The Burpee Broad Jump Pairs 1K Race 🥜 🥵
Taken them 58 mins to complete this insane challenge 💪
The event was organised to raise funds for wounded soldiers and their families.
They both had the opportunity to try special devices that simulate what it would be like to walk with a prosthetic leg🦿

Today’s treatment is all about me ❤️‍🩹

Thursday afternoon I had an Arthrosamd injection in my knee, a non-biodegradable hydrogel to cushion the knee joint and relieve pain.

Six years ago I had 3/4 of my meniscus cartilage removed! I have moderate to severe arthritis in the joint which is causing me to be in constant pain.
Over the last 18 months I’ve been working with Stephen Weston (Wes) on strengthening my supporting joint muscles and helping to improve my joint stability 💪
This has made a massive difference and I really feel the impact of this 🙌
Post 48hrs the swelling is reducing and movement is improving!
Already I feel the benefit from the Arthrosamid implant 🤩

Client Scott Evans was jumping for joy last weekend setting off from Bamburgh Castle on The Rat Race 100 Mile Castle to Castle Ultra Race!
The race ends at Edinburgh Castle, after 26hrs of running Scott’s legs were less bouncy 😆

What a fantastic build up to tomorrows European Sprint Duathlon in Banyoles 🇪🇸 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🚴🏻‍♀️ 🏃🏼‍♀️
Client Charlotte Lee will represent GB 🇬🇧 as she finishes what has been a fantastic two weeks of international competition.
Last week Charlotte completed in the Gay Games 🌈 in Valencia.
Taking gold in the Sprint Triathlon 🥇
Gold in the 10K 🥇and silver in the 5K 🥈
Charlotte is in tip top form and her training has been on point 💪
Charlotte books in for monthly maintenance massages to help recover from her training schedule and races 🙌

Now this is definitely a medal that has to be earned 💪
Keith Melvin conquered The Maratona dles Dolomites yesterday, an iconic Italian granfondo in the Dolomite Mountains Italy 🇮🇹
85 Miles of up with an elevation gain of 14,100ft 😳

It’s been great treating Keith to regular maintenance massages for this event making sure his legs and back were in good condition 🙌

Great achievement Keith 👏👏
