Let your worries float away in our incredible outdoor hot tub overlooking the grounds and resident wildlife. Take a dip in the beautifully-lit 16m indoor pool and wallow pool, before warming up in our thermal suite. You will be spoilt for choice with our aroma room, steam room, sauna, experience showers and hydrotherapy pool. Feeling particularly stressed? Let our trained therapists pamper you in

one of our 10 treatment rooms. Full body massage, facials, body wraps, manicures and pedicures are just some of the blissful treatments to choose from. Upstairs in the treatment lounge, you will be kept warm by our roaring fire. Catch up on some much-needed quiet time in the Hush Room on our soft comfort beds. Qualified personal trainers are on hand for any of your fitness questions, or why not book some one-to-one sessions? Our gym is well-equipped with bikes, weight machines and benches, treadmills, steppers and rowing machine. In our changing rooms, you have everything you need from fresh towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, cleanser and toner. The healing frequencies from the crystal bowls slow down the mind, calm the nervous system & invite deep rest. Leave feeling relaxed with a sense of lightness, peace & clarity that is the signature of crystal bowl sound healing

• 5.00pm -6.00pm use of the spa facilities plus hire of
robe and towels
• 30 minutes of slow flow yoga.
• 60 minutes of sound healing with
crystal bowls.
• Plus, replenish your body with herbal tea, flavoured natural water, fresh fruit salad and raw cocoa bites.
