✨ I’m pleased to share I’ve successfully passed my Level 3 EBSA Diploma, further strengthening my knowledge & skills in supporting young people, aged 11 years & above, experiencing EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance).

✨ This additional training means I’m now even better equipped to support my younger clients with empathy, understanding, & effective therapeutic tools through clinical hypnotherapy, psychotherapy & CBT.

✨ I look forward to continuing to support children & their families through these challenges, helping them reduce their anxiety, build their confidence & resilience, & a more positive relationship with education.

🌟 Today, we celebrate the incredible women everywhere who juggle it all, often without pause & always with heart. From school runs & busy workdays to caring for loved ones & still finding the courage to chase their aspirational dreams.

🌟 From managing the endless daily to-do lists to breaking barriers & paving new paths, women show up every day with strength, resilience, compassion, & brilliance. It’s the multitaskers, the dreamers, the supporters, the leaders, & the quiet warriors who make such a powerful difference to the world around them.

🌟 Today is a moment to celebrate you, to recognise all that you do, seen & unseen, & to say thank you for the impact you make to your world every single day.

💕 Ignore the narrative, today is most definitely Pink Monday!
💕 Today’s been designated "Blue Monday" since 2004 when it was identified as being the most depressing day of the year for numerous reasons.
💕 Yes it's Monday, however let's always remain aware and mindful of being drawn into negative narratives by the media or anyone else ~ no one except you can dictate your day or your emotions. Let’s remain grateful for:

💖 Choice ~ the ability to reframe a moment and decide how you show up in it.
💗 Connection ~ conversations like this that remind us we’re not moving through the week alone.
💞 Momentum ~ a fresh start to build upon, even in small, imperfect ways.
💓 Perspective ~ a reminder that narratives are optional, not mandatory.
