OCD is so often misunderstood.
Many people still believe it is simply about being tidy, organised or liking things a certain way. The reality is that OCD can be an exhausting, overwhelming and often invisible battle that affects every aspect of somebody’s life.
Whether you are living with OCD yourself, supporting a child with OCD, or trying to better understand somebody you care about, I hope these posts help shine a light on the reality behind the diagnosis and remind people that compassion matters.
At Spectrum Together, I support neurodivergent adults, children and families to better understand their experiences, navigate challenges, access support and feel less alone along the way. 💜
