Your spine has one job:

Hold you upright, keep you moving, and protect the important stuff inside.

Unfortunately, desks, car seats, sofas, and smartphones seem determined to keep it busy. 😆

In all seriousness poor posture, sitting for hours & moving less can place extra stress on the spine and surrounding tissues. Over time, this can contribute to aches, pains, stiffness, and in some cases symptoms similar to sciatica, where pain, tingling, or numbness can travel down the leg.

Your body is designed to move; not to spend 8 hours folded over like a prawn staring at a screen. 🦐

So this Friday, do your spine a favour:

✅ Sit tall.
✅ Move regularly.
✅ Stretch what feels tight.
