Day #8 Gratitude for my red velvet today made by my hubby:beetroot & cacao … what’s your favourite drink? Also a nap with my cat this afternoon between my 4 crazy lessons I taught. Last but not least a safe drive to chew valley school in the rain singing my 80’s songs.. who else sings the wrong words? and add in the percussion too!🤭

Chocolate & Orange Porridge

This was a first for me and not the last.
1. Make porridge as normal, I used almond milk-1-2.
2. Great in a zest of orange and juice of a half.
3. Cut up and warm the other half in another pan and serve up in a bowl.
4. I added some homemade Christmas granola from my daughter Bethany also a fig and half banana (optional)
